US visitor Visa

Hey friends
I got refuesd first time when i applied for visitor visa for US.
I am not permanent resident here in canada but i got PNP and applied for express entry.
LAst time they said i am not canadian permanet resident so they refused me and said come when you get PR they we will give you visa.

Can anybody guide me.. I want to apply for US visa but i am afraid they might reject my application again..
