US visit visa got refused while Canadian PR is under process!

Hi,

My PR application is under process since approx 4 months. During last month I applied US visit visa which got refused unfortunately.

Do I have to inform CIC about this refusal ?
Will this refusal impact on my PR application ?

You do not have to inform CIC about that and it will not affect your application unless the rejection reason is not too serious.
