Us visa B1 denied u/s 214(b) can I apply for a tourist visa for Canada with my wife. We have a joint business income of 8 lakhs in the last financial year and I do have a healthy bank balance.

The US would not issue you visa unless you proove them that there have been significant changes to your file from the last time you got your rejection.
