I created an application with WES. When I asked my USA university to pack transcript and send it to WES in sealed and stamped envelope, they did it. But they included a transcript with DOB having XXXX as a birth year- not real year number.
For e.g., if my birth date is 01-01-1990, the transcript has 01-01-XXXX.
I know this, because I received the same kind of transcript originally, and I had to request it explicitly to include a real year in it.
So I asked if they sent the transcript with a real year or not, they said "We did not include the real year and this is standard practice and we do it for security. We can not forward transcript with the original birth year to WES."
I'm not sure if WES will accept this? can somebody please share their experience.
