I have a situation here,
I am an indian national.
I went USA in student visa in 2006. Due to falling out of status for not going school then I appled for Asylum which was in pending. I left USA in 2011 while case was pending.e
Then I traveled UK, Australia, GErmany, France in same Passport. Didnot vilolate visa status in any country except USA. My Canada TRV was refused once from New Delhi in 2011 and once from Sydney Australia in 2012.
Now I have to apply Canada again due to the training I have to attend. My job, and finincial situation is sound to get visa. Here is a million dollor question, is Canadian immigration can access my US immigration status? My passport is clean, I also have clean local and state police certificates from USA duing my staty.

Was my previous Canada visa refusal was due to my US status. They never mention it on the letter though.
