I am planning to fly to Canada next week. My GC is expired but I have the I 797 (it is a notice of extension of my resident status, authorized to work and travel). I called Service Canada and border information but they did not give me an answer. Would I be able to enter Canada with an expired green card and I 797 notice of action?
