US Police Clearnace

Has anyone got ITA and submitted the application without US police clearance? Right now it takes 3-4 months to get the Police Clearance from US. And we have got only 60 days time to prepare all the documents to submit.

Has any one submitted without US police clearance and whether its accepted by CIC? Please let me know if you have any information about this. Thanks.

Currently there are several people who got AOR without fbi pcc and they only submitted letter of explanation and some proof of fbi PCC application. This was before that cic changed their rules about pcc from 3 months to 6 months. It's unclear what cic would take now.

And nobody mentioned anything about what would happen at the stage of background check if PCC is missing yet... Hopefully somebody would bring some cases soon.

Guys, I sent out a complaint to CIC through their feedback website. Here is my note:

"I applied to Express Entry as FSW and received ITA recently. A Required document is Police Certificate from FBI of USA. FBI can provide police clearance in 3-4 months but ITA document submission time-frame is only for 2 months. FBI have already authorized 3rd party private companies who can issue clearance faster and meet CIC timing requirement. Since I do not have police certificate, my submission to CIC not be full. I will provide an explanation during my submission but. I want CIC to reconsider accepting FBI authorized channeler clearance report."

I suggest you all do this. May be we can change their approach if we raise enough complaint.

1. CIC authorized Channellers for a short period of time this year up until about April, then they stopped. I guess there was a problem. But you never know, CIC might change the system for you.
