US Police Certificate

I am going to start my Express Entry application very soon and I was wondering if it was possible to apply for the US Police Certificate online. I have see on the FBI website that it is possible and that it takes three to five business days upon receipts of the fingerprints card (against up to 16 weeks via mails). But I have never seen a thread talking about the online application; all the answers I have seen concerning the US police certicate says that it takes up to a month... I would like to understand
