US J-Visa two year rule

Hello,
I had a j-1 visa for exchange study program in USA, and for this I need to spend two years in home country before I can apply for US immigration (h1, greencard etc). Does this have any effect on Canadian immigration ?

Looking at the current trends for outland applications...It is going to take 2 years to get PR approved.
Jokes apart, reach out to US immigration to know what the terms and conditions are. It might have an impact if you wish to move back to US some day.

No it has no impact on Canadian Immigration or to any other country.
