US H1B( From India ) to Canada Immigration

Hi all,

I am a citizen of India and in the USA since 9 years. I did my MS in USA and on my H1B, employed with a large fortune 500.

My H1B will expire in a year and my US Green Card is not yet initiated.

I am looking into the option of Canada.

Can someone explain me , what kind of Visa shall I pursue with Canada.
Also, I heard that Canada PR is easy to get and I will be able to work in the US later on. How is that possible . Can some one explain.
How long will it take to immigrate to Canada and what is the process.
