US H1B Candidate to Canada PR will it make a difference ?

Hi,

I am in US on H1B for the past one year, I submitted express entry profile and got 372 points, I have applied in job bank but no luck so far. Is there any chance of me getting an Invite ?

1. Should I choose any consultant, can they help in any way ?
2. I heard from my friend that H1B visa holders will have an advantage in getting a PR sooner, But my points are not going to increase, so how does it work ?
3. How will offer a job without a visa in canada, all the employers need a visa to offer a job. Did it work for any one?

2. No difference
3. You need to have work visa before getting into Canada for work.

Just hold on .. try to see if you can increase score via ielts or experience
