US Guam visa / Your idea will be helpful

Dear experts,

This forum is for Canada visa special. But I know we have some immigration experts for few more countries too. I need your help pls.

I am a Indian national. I am planning to apply for Guam (US) visa for a business conference purpose. If I am issued visa by the American embassy for Guam. May I also use this visa to travel another US destinations like, Hawai and California?? As Guam is US foreign territory, may the US embassy issue visa only for Guam??

It certainly depends on the restrictions of your US visa, if any. It will be indicated on the visa you are issued.

In my country, Guam visa applicants are given multiple-entry US visas accessible to the mainland, but we have a very generous reciprocity with the US.

It depends also on India's reciprocity with the US, I am not too familiar. If it is your first time applying for a US visa, it may very well be Guam-restricted only or single-entry.
