US F1 applying VISA to Canada

Hi,

I am an international student in the US (F1 status) and I have submitted my application for a Canada VISA by mail on Nov. 14, however, I have not recieved th visa yet. The problem is that I have booked my flight to Canada on Dec,15. I am very worried my application. Can some tell me how long it will take as usual?

normaly it wil take 15-20 working days.
if it was more rush it wil take 1 month also.
i hope in u.s it wil take 20 working days
