Hello:
I am a US citizen and my Fiance lives in Toronto, ON, She has PR in Canada. I live about 2.5 hours from her, So I visit her every other weekend, and I stay sometime 4 to 5 days.

1,- I know that US citizen can stay in Canada for up to 180 days. Are those consecutive days? all those days I stay there, are accumulative? or everything I leave, it reset?
2.- There are any special benefits for US citizen to get a PR for Spousal Sponsorship? anyone in the Forum is a US citizen and have started the process? The processing time in NYC is about 30 months. ( outland), inland, the paperwork for initial approval is about 13 months.... I cannot afford be out of work for 13 months..
3.- If I apply for outland, ( which is 30 month process time), CAn I still visit my wife to CAnada? stay there as long I can?

thanks!!!

1) Yes - these days are consecutive. But note that how long you are actually allowed into Canada is up to the immigration officer you meet when you are entering Canada. Six months is typically what Americans are given - however sometimes they are given less. You can apply to extend your visit to Canada from within Canada. Note that when you enter Canada it should not look like you're trying to move here (you're not allowed to do that). Looking like you're trying to move here is one of the things that can get you approved for only a short trip to Canada or even refused entry.
2) No - no benefits. Everyone is treated equally. Note that US applications are processed through the Ottawa office (not NYC). Recently we've seen many get through in a matter of months (3-4).
3) You should apply outland regardless of whether you are in Canada or outside of Canada. Yes - you can visit your wife in Canada while the application is in progress.

Thanks, I cross the border using NEXUS and they have nevel told me about how long, they just ask how long I will be there.. I have been back and forth since Nov 2012.
I have seeing that the otawa office is taking a short time. My plan is to apply in Jan-Feb to have the PR ( finger cross) by the end of the summer.
Where I can see the processing time in the Ottawa office? If I send my application to Ottawa, do I need to send it from my address from USA, or from my Wife from toronto?

Reading the forms, I do not see where to send the application. Are they going to be send to New York office or the ottawa office?

Are you asking about the spousal sponsorship forms? If so, then you will be sending the application package to Mississauga.
