I need help...

I am marrying my fiance who is a Canadian Citizen and I am a US Citizen.
I would like to move to Canada as soon as possible. Hoping to move in December.
What we are not sure about is the way to do it...inbound or outbound?
I will need benefits and the ability to get a job ASAP, but I also want to start my life with him ASAP.

Can anyone help with the best course of action?
What steps need to be taken?
What the timeline is? And what needs to be done?

Thank you in advance for any help.

When are you getting married? Have you lived together for at least one full year? (this would give you common law status)

I'll be completely frank with you. Unless it is absolutely necessary to have a job, apply outland. Then you can always stay in the US and work until the end of processing (average time is 6-10 months), or you can just stay with your spouse in Canada until it is finished. You can't work or have any benefits, but you can be with your spouse. Either way, it should literally be last resort to do inland since the time it would take you to get an OWP would literally be the same as just doing outland, completing the process, and landing. Plus, inland takes about two years. It takes about 4-8 months to just GET your OWP. So seriously, I'd just do outland.

Simply my opinion! :)
