US address while commuting and WFH

Hi I have moved to Canada and commuting to U.S. on H1B. Some time do work from home. I gave my home in us for renting.
Do I need to do address change (Filing AR11) or keep my U.S. home address/U.S. friend home address? Worried what happens site visits when I am working from home

Be honest about where you’re actually living the there won’t be a problem. If lying that you are residing in the US but aren’t that could lead to problems.
