I am Indian citizen who resides in the UK on a spouse visa and was recently refused an Tourist visa to USA based on 214(b). I found it to be a nonsense since I had a Shengan Visa and I had travelled to Germany prior to applying to the US. I want to apply to Canada to visit family, should I declare that refusal from the US ? There is no entry refusal stamp in my passport. Do the US and Canada share this kind of information ?

Yes - you must declare the refusal. Yes - Canada and the US share information.
