URGENTLY SEEKING HELP (Denial Refugee status/Sponsored Through my Wife)

Hi there,
My Refugee appeal was denied in Court and even in Judicial Review. But, meanwhile I got married with my girlfriend and She sponsored me. Last month I received letter from IRCC for PR but IRCC require's my valid Passport copies to process my PR File which is already expired. As per my lawyer since I have applied as sponsor application I must provide my valid Passport. But CBSA who has detained my passport are not retrieving it and since my passport is expired I need CBSA stamped copies to renew my passport. But CBSA saying I can not renew. I only have 30 days to response IRCC regarding my Passport status otherwise they will reject my application. Please Help.

You dont have other option and i'm not sure if you can renew your passport in 30days if CBSA provides you with stamped copy. Send certified copy and notice of seizure that you were given during your eligibility interview and explain your situation, and possibly request more time to work on renewing your passport... they have guidelines in place for your situation and others.
