urgently need help

hello everybody,
I need ur help guys, like i got a PNP and now i have to submit my application to buffalo, but the problem is my wife have a birth certificate from India without name but everything else on the birth certificate is correct. please tell me what i have to do. is it normal thing. Please help me.

I do not get why without name while It is her birth certificate? Anyway, the best is you call Buffalo office.

thanks for reply, the thing is at the time of her birth she dont have her name fixed by her parents. they fixed her name later on. thats why she dont have a name on birth certificate. is anybody have a same condition. pleas reply.

i am also confused. how would you know its her birth certificate if her name is not on it. anyways i have a situation like that before and you just have to go to a lawyer to fixed everything because you guys have to prove that it is her. you are under pnp right? so how did they approved your application if you're wife doesnt have her name on the birth cert. so maybe if you just have something that proves her identity then try including that too. i suggest call buffalo too what to do incase you guys need more time solving your problem
