Urgently need help in filling express entry profile

Hi All,


I need to provide details for " finished high school or any higher education (including university, college or vocational training)?". I finished my B.Tech(electronics and communication) in 2007. The options being displayed for "Field of study ", does not include B.Tech, so what should be specified here?


for question "Complete/full academic years" should we add all the years of educations(12+4) or just the years for graduation(B.Tech)?

Does it give option for Sciences? You can choose that.

Just the 4 years.

Please help with another question "Name of school/institution". My college name(from where i studied) is different from the university name which awarded the degree. So should I mention the college name or the university name here? The transcripts used for ECA were issued by my university(Uttar Pradesh Technical University).

You need to specify your University name not college.

I am looking for provincial nominations for NOC 2172. Any clues which province may grant nominations to someone without a job offer in this category(NOC 2172)?

Also I selected "All provinces" as option for target provinces. I hope there won't be any problem with that.

"All provinces" option is fine while specifically for your job NOC, you need to check each of province website on what they are exactly consider at the moment.

The norm with studying engineering in India is that a university awards you the degree, but you study in an engineering college ( a separate entity) affiliated to the university. The campus may not necessarily be the same.

Such is the case with my spouse. She has completed her Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University which is in Lucknow, India. However, the college she attended is Hindustan College of Science and Technology which is locate in Mathura, India.

In this regards, I would like to know what I must enter as the Name and Location of the institute.

N.B.: Shouldn't this be in tune with the Address in which she has lived in the last 10 years?

Doesn't matter as it was in the same country. Mention name and place of their physical location at that point in time.

You need to specify your University name not college.

I have mentioned my college name in EE profile can I change it to university name post ITA? Is this fine, please advise
