According to my humble opinion, there is no problem in taking paracetamol before appearing for medical, doctors in our forum may guide u further.

Taking paracetamol is not cause any problem.

The Med Exam is,

Detail(though rarely in detail) previous med history.
Blood Test: HIV and VDRL Test( Veneral Disease Research Laboratory) for sexually transmitted diseases
Urine for sugar, protein and blood
Chest Xray for Tuberculosis (TB).

Be confident and go ahead.

2.VDRL for syphilis
3.Additional investiigation done accordingly if for example your blood pressure more than 160/100 mmhg
they will do serum creatinine(kidney function test)

Urine Exam for protein,blood and sugar in urine

Chest X-ray to exclude tuberculosis(take care if you have cough and sputum due to flu it may cause shaddow in X-ray and Medical Section/Visa Embassy may ask for sputum culture and tuberculine tests take around 6 weeks so be sure of that

Visual acuity assessment (bring your glass)

Paracetamole not affect your investigation and tests by any means
Take rest ,drink water&sleep well

What about having cough (in the morning only) due to pollen allergy, or sensitivity due to dust?

I have been facing it for a long time, and consulted a lot of doctors. According to them its normal allergy and increases/decreases with the change in weather?

Will it be a problem???

For hypersensetivity reaction it is quite normal some people suffer from it seasonal ,others perennial
but the problem here is if you have chronic cough and thick sputum it may show shaddow in x-ray and the problem with CHC they very frightened from TB so they will ask for sputum culture for tuberculosis which is time cost method it takes around 6 weeks my advice to youare:
1.Avoid exposure to allergens 3 days before test
2.use your antiallergic drugs regularly and thoughroly before exam
3.use mucolytic drugs even if you do not have cough like Mucosolvant syrup
4.increase fluid intake
5.insist on your DMP to look for your x-ray for any shaddow and repeat it in case
It will pass quite easy

Absolutely no problem ,Dear .you could take medicine of any kind because MR is not concerned with acute illness that is for Chronic and communicable diseases like TB etc.
