Hi,
I have applied for my Immigration in 2007 to London..and I have received my medicals in Sep 2009,during which my wife found she is pregnant and we left her x-ray nad then we have a baby in Apr 2010 and in May 2010 my wife went for her x-ray and then embassy again asked for our Immigration forms and my baby's birth certificate in Sep 2010 and after that there is no response from embassy..I am in a very bad situation my work permit is expiring in Dec 2010 and CIC is renewing my workpermit only for one yr..I dont knwo wat to do????
Can anyone suggest me anything...like if i transfer my file to Buffalo from london or just withdraw my application and again submit in Fast track...or wat else....I am in a big trouble rite now

I dont think transfering the file or applying under Fast Track will speed up things because you are almost in the last stages of your application and now if you transfer your file it will cause more delays and similarly if you apply under Fast Track it will take atleast 1 more yr and in 1 yr you will definetly get a reponse on this file so better to stick with your current application. If CIC is renewing your work permit for 1 yr and go for it, 1 yr is a lot of time and who knows in next 3-4 months you get your passport request.

Its my personal opinion.

Yes i think so because last time they communicate with you was in Sep 10 and its only Nov 10 now, if i were you i would wait to get a decision on this application rather than submitting a new one, one more thing London visa office has reached the quota of this year and they wont be issuing any more visa until Jan 2011, so even if they have done everything with your application you still have to wait until Jan 2011 to get your visa.
