I have got a situation of getting my WP application denied and refusal letters states that I am out of status now. I also have a visitor extension application under processing, which was submitted in the same day that WP was submitted.
I was a PGWP holder. I have submitted both the application before its expiry date.
So, do I have apply for a restoration? or just rely on visitor record application for being on "implied status"?
