URGENT WORK PERMIT HELP PLEASE!

Here's my situation.

I'm on a work permit which expired on March 3 2014. I've had a change of plans, met the love of my life and needing to extend my stay here until December 2014. My 90 day period ends on June 1st (2 weeks) and I have no idea how to go about restoring my status and to continue to work and live here legally!!!

I know I have to get an LMO from an employer which has posted on the job bank? The restoration fee is $200 and a new work permit $150, can I pay to restore my status just to remain in the country and then sort out my work permit issues? I'm very confused and need some sort of direction asap

Also is it worth while going through an immigration company? I did an assessment with 'global visas' and 'immigration experts' but have read some mixed reviews with their services....

Please any help is greatly appreciated as I'm stressing out like crazy over these stupid papers!

Thanks

Without a job offer and positive LMO, you can only restore your status to visitor. Note that you will not be able to work as a visitor. There is no need to use an immigration company.

I thought that was the case. Do you know if I send out my LMO application out before my 90 day period that I'll be allowed to stay here? Or do I have to wait until I get a positive LMO back?

Because I've been reading a lot of cases where LMO's have taken anywhere from 10 weeks to 6 months to come back.... ridiculous

An LMO application has nothing to do with immigration and does not give you any status in Canada.
