URGENT!!!!Work permit extension

Hello,

My work permit expires tomorrow. I called CIC and asked them about it and they said it's ok as long as you send your application before your current status is expired. So today is the last day for me to send out a work permit extension application.
I am trying to get an extension on Lmia but employer can only file for the lmia on 23 May 2015. As, the job bank ad would be posted for a month by then. So my question is, "can i still send a work permit extension application saying that my employer is filing for lmia on 23 may 2015 ?". or what if i don't mention any dates and just say that my employer has filed for an application?
What can be consequences if send such application and continue to work on implied status until they refuse my application as invalid?
Would this buy me some more time and I hope that till then I will get selected for express entry for permanent residency (points 457).
Please reply as soon as possible this is an urgent request.
I really need your advice.

Ok I have explained everything on the application posting today.
I had to wait because I was waiting for my employer's decision.
Would I be considered implied status until they reject/accept my application.
can I continue to work till then?
Please let me know.

God that was helpful!
So I am sending our my extension application today saying my employer will file for lmia next week and that i have created my express entry profile!
And I will keep working as long as they dont give me a decision.
Please let me know if there is any other serious issue you think of, but thanks a lot for your help!
