Experts please help. its an urgent request . caregiver visa expires.
I am going to hire a nanny under old program. I found one candidate .She is in big trouble.
But her work permit is expiring on september 30, 2019 and the old employer has stopped paying her last month.He is not willing to continue to hire her
She cannot apply under inrterrim pathway program because her IELETS score is not good.
I need to apply for LMIA for her . I already posted the jobs for 3 months.
Here are my questions. Experts please help:
1. If i apply for LMIA by putting her name in it , it will take 30-40 days .
By that time her work permit will expire. What are the options to make her stay legal for next 3-4 months.
2. Should she apply for visitor visa to buy more time?
3. Once I get LMIA approved , what is the process of getting work permit for her.
