I have lost my study permit out of Canada and I was wondering if this will be good enough for me to get a new copy of it on the border. I have prepared letter of enrollment from my university for coming school year, letter of approval I got when I received my study permit approved, and my passport. If they don't want to issue a new study permit is it possible for me to get in as a visitor since I am holding South Korean passport.

I have flight in three hours! if anyone could help I would be appreciate it.

Thank you :)

Shouldn't be a problem. Passport with valid TRV, college letter confirming enrollment should do. Immigration officers aren't there to deny or send back students as most of the people feel and think. They are just to review and judge your intention of stay. You should be good to go.
