URGENT !!! Where to send passport ?

Hi guys ... I need some urgent help ! .... My wife applied for TRV from the US and it has been approved as CIC has request for her passport.

I need to know where to send her passport to, to get it back as quickly as possible (reason mentioned below. CIC's website indicates 3 places regarding where US residents can send their passports:

1) Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
2) Visa Application Centre (VAC) in New York, USA
3) Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Los Angeles, USA

Where will my wife receive the quickest service for visa stamping ??

And is it true that VAC will just forward the passport to Canada for stamping, instead of stamping it themselves ?

Reason for trying to get passport back quickly is because my wife is going to Pakistan on August 16th, and needs her passport back by then.

That's super fantastic.

Do send her passport to the VAC/CSC that's closest to where you are in the US. You can include copies of her tickets to Pakistan. No reasons for concern because she'll get her passport back well in time for the travel to Pakistan

Will the VAC stamp the visa themselves, or will they simply forward the passport to the Ottawa Case Processing Center in Canada ? .... I'm getting a feeling they'll do the latter.

The VAC/CSC will forward her passport to the NY/LA visa office

Can i Submit my passport in UAE and my family can submit in Pakistan ?
OR
We all can submit passports in Pakistan (VFS office)?

UAE and Pakistan. Send a request letter to your local VO to request for your family to send in Pakistan while you submit in Dubai.

You means, I can submit my passport in Dubai VFS office and my Family can submit in Pakistan, do you have any experience like this?
because in request letter, they have mentioned all passports should be in one envelope.

I've written email to London office regarding this issue , shall I wait for their response and then submit passports or else submit before ? I have to submit before 2 February 2019

Hi,

Below is address mention, I think yes it is London.

Immigration and Medical Services Division -

London, UK SW1Y 5BJ

I wrote to them one week before, and automated reply came that they will response back within 24 to 48 hours, but no response yet, now I am worried.
Do you suggest some other way to contact London office, like calling them !
If yes can you advice where can I get their number ?

One more thing;

In my CIC account, they asked me to upload- "Passport/Travel Documents(Multiple) required- any pages with stamps, visa or marking"
It means I have to upload all pages of my recent passport which have some stamps/visas ?

Date of issue of my passport is Dec-15, it does not cover last 10 years, is it okay to upload only my recent passport ?

they asked to submit the documents to VAC in Australia,New Zealand and Fiji the principle applicant is currently residing in Pakistan not in Australia anymore we did notify them in January 2020 and updated the address but his biometrics and medical were done in Australia.

Can we submit the passport at Visa office in karachi, pakistan? Or do we have to use courier to send the documents to Australia?

Please help!!

You need to contact the consulate in Pakistan and explain that you are no longer in Australia and ask to send your passport to that office.
