urgent --WES Evaluation related

I got my transcripts obtained from my university 8 months ago but could not post to WES and are still lying with me sealed and unopened. I just want to know whether i can proceed for evaluation with the same transcripts or i need to obtain fresh ones? Does WES takes into consideration the date of transcripts obtained/dispatched?
otherwise I need to obtain transcripts again

As far as i can recall, there is no timeline mentioned anywhere. You can drop a mail to WES helpline and confirm. They reply in a week's time.

Absolutely no problem, just courier it to WES and you should be fine..
