Urgent : WES(Educ evaluation) ref # mandatory?

Hi,

I have sent the documents for WES evaluation from India via DHL.
However I missed out - attaching a covering letter or mentioning my WES ref# in the package sent to them.

I wonder,will they be able to tag my documents to the online application made(based on my firstname,lastname,DOB,home address)...
Will they accept the case and process the evaluation?
