Urgent -Visitor Visa Rejected for family members July 24 applications - Please help !!

Suggestions please--
Can you share your thoughts on below VV profile.(Travelling dates passed bcoz of the delay in iRCc processing times as submitted it in july)

-Applied group application for mother and sister (both working FT in home country)
- And the application got rejected with the reasons:

Officer isn't satisfied you'll leave Canada for the following factors:
1.) Purpose of your visit isn't consistent with a temporary stay given the details you've in your profile. (Plan was to visit in Aug) which definitely got missed because of their delayed processing times

2. ) Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel ( Purpose was family reunification and that too for 20days travel plan. & showed liquidated funds of about more than 15k dollars in their individual accounts along with FD proofs etc).

What's your thoughts as I am not quite aligned with the reasons they have stated for refusal. What should I do at this stage - ask for reconsideration OR reapply? THANKYOU for your valuable suggestions !!

How are they a group application? Is sister under 22? If not they are separate applications not tied to one another so that may be one issue.

1. What were there ties to return other than a job?
2. How much did they show in personal funds (cash in the bank)? Was the $15k per person?

Reconsideration is if error in law and they should not have applied together as a group.
