Hello All,
Looking to get some guidance on Visa visa invitations as I have never done this before. Your help is much appreciated.
I'm working on the visitor visa application for my parents from INDIA (I am inviting them to Canada for a couple weeks in December 2022 - Dates are not set yet). both my parents are retired and are not planning to move here. They just want to visit me (For my housewarming)

I have provided all their information. For supporting documents (Proving their Ties to India):
I have their:
- Retirement letters
- Pensions docs
- House Ownership docs (that are in their names)

The file size limitation is 2MB and I am not able to compress the file less than 2 megs without compromising the file quality. Is there anything I can remove from the above?
Do I need to add any more information?

In addition, there isn't a separate area to upload the letter of invitation. I assume it has to be done in the area where I have to attach my bank statements. Can someone help here?

I will be inviting them and sponsoring them (Adding my bank statements and bank forms - I am a Canadian PR and employed Full time - Have my own place)
Hoping to get some guidance on this as soon as possible as I have less than 5 days to submit the application.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Hope you have converted all documents first to pdf. That by itself will reduce file size of documents and scans significantly. Next use a online free pdf compressor to reduce the file futher well within the required size.

Yeah, that's what i did. Have adobe premium as well and the file size is at 2.7 megs and 3.8 megs. If I go down any smaller the quality gets significantly bad.

Dont worry about the quality. The compressed document should be readable. Also try scanning in B&W or greyscale, avoid color unless it is photograph or passport scan. I have used the online compressors and got the required size.

Okay..Some of the docs have photos but I'll try and make the other ones grayscale so that that reduces the size.
Thanks
