Urgent! - Visitor Visa for Russian wife and her son

I am a Canadian citizen. I need help with getting visitor visas for my soon to be wife and her son. Going to Russia in November to get married, then apply for SS and PR. We've known each other since March 2011 and I visited her in April 2015 for 10 days. They want to visit me here in Canada for Christmas holidays. Her employer will dismiss her if she leaves. I will be sponsoring them financially for their visit plus she will have a return ticket. How can she show ties that she will go back to Russia?

Ideally she should try to show the following types of ties: proof of employment, proof (letter) her employer is allowing her to take time off to take the trip, proof of property ownership or rental, proof of bank accounts / other assets.
