My brother has Ryerson admit for Mechanical Grad School , but we have not pre-paid any fees.
if he applies VISA without any fee payment will it be reject at Delhi?

Hey Brig

I assume he'll be filling his case under SPP so Definately YES. He'll be refused straightway as 1st semester's fees payment it is strongly recommended under SPP.

**When you pay the fees it shows a lot many things inculding your seriousness towards education,commitment to the college/programme and obviously credibility**

No sir..he is no SPP.
he applied directly and got the admission. he is trying for Study permit by himself.

You dont need SPP to apply for admisison in college/University.

But when you apply in embassy for visa then u need to apply under SPP.

80% loan of fees and 20% savings plus 1st semester fees is necessary before applying for a Visa.
