Vfs delhi is closed today(Saturday) but vfs Chandigarh is open. I read somewhere that vfs sends the passport to canada high commission for stamping. My question is does vfs Chandigarh also sends the passport to Delhi or there is high commission as well in Chandigarh which do stamping? Please reply asap.
