Hi All,
Need your suggestions here please.
My husband applied for PR visa in 2007 which later got converted to PNP PR program. The embassy also recommended OWP along with the PNP PR program to which we (husband, me & my baby) have applied in Jan 2013. We got our OWP visa last week.
Simultaneously, I have applied for PR visa (not PNP PR) in 2010 and got request for Medicals in Jan 2013. We wrote a mail to NDVO about our inability to send PPC as our passports were with the embassy for OWP stamping at that time. NDVO replied to us to send the PPC, Government fees and passports as soon as we get our OWP stamping done.
We are in a dilemma whether to send our passports & visa fees now due to PAFSO strike to NDVO office.
If at all we send them how much time approximately would we receive our passports back? As our medicals have already been done for OWP (we don't need to do another medicals for PR per visa office), what would be the maximum time to receive our PR stamped?
Any ideas?
Thanks
CANVIN
