URGENT ***UIC/Client ID*** question

Hi Experts -

I need some help in identifying my UIC/client id #. I was issued Canada W1 worker visa in 2013 but I never traveled due to delay in visa processing . Today, I am trying to fill my profile. However, I am not able to locate my UIC # on visa stamp. Can you please help me in identifying it ?

Also, additionally in express entry profile under Immigration History, there is a question on any previous applications to CIC. Should I be selecting 'Yes' as W1 worker visa was issued to me ?

It's not on the visa stamp.

Can I apply for EE and leave UIC as blank ?

Normally if you applied for a work permit (other than directly at the border with a visa-exempt passport) you would have some paperwork from CIC.

yes, but don't forget to declare you previously applied for wp.
