URGENT U.S. Vistor Visa

-International student on 3 yrs work permit
-need visitor visa from june 7-jun10 for the states, will be visiting new york city
-my girlfriend already bought a ticket for me
-can i fake any emergency to get it before june 7th or will my visa be rejected?

- i really need this visa by any means i cant effort to have it declined

Since you have to get an appointment from the US consulate and in Toronto the waiting time is 18 days. http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/wait/wait_4788.html?post=Toronto&x=92&y=15 It is unlikely that you will be going.
