URGENT: TRV from Canada and Stamping in India

Hello,

I have got 3 year open work permit in Canada today, I have to apply for TRV. Please advise if I can apply online for TRV from with in Canada and then submit my passport in india for stamping. Is this safe?

2) Please explain what should I select for current mailing address, current country of residence and country where applying?
