Hello Everyone,

I received the the ITA on 28th August( i applied through OINP-HCP) and submitted all the documents on 12th September. The current status of my application is 'Submitted'. I applied for PR from India.

Now my company is sending me to another country for 6 months. So, I am worried what if I get the COPR( confirmation of PR ) during that period. How would I be able to get the immigration visa stamping done on my passport? Would it be possible to get it done from Canadian embassy in country other than India(my residence country)?

Please suggest.

Raise a CSE to change your address. 6 months is a long period. Yes, you can get your passport stamped wherever you are.
Thanks for your reply
I have one more doubt:
After stamping, I need to visit Canada but as I can not stay their for long due to my ongoing job, so could you please suggest me how can i proceed then?
And what are the minimum number of days I need to stay in Canada when i visit their for the first time after getting PR??

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
It is perfectly fine to do a soft landing, you can leave Canada as soon as you finish the landing procedures.

Just make sure you have a Canadian address to where your PR card will be sent.
