urgent - study visa submitted but showing processing payment

hello experts,

Did you guys face similar problem. When you submit the application using Canadian credit card, it is showing "Processing Payment"

is this normal?

This is normal,takes a few hours to process and possibly even 24 hours.Same thing happened to me when I applied for my TRV.
