Hello.
I am writing this on behalf of my brother. He applied for a Study permit back in April and he had to give the biometrics twice. His biometrics come out imperfect. Today, IRCC sent a correspondence letter regarding the biometrics. Apparently, the visa office informed the IRCC that my brother has a skin condition preventing him from giving good quality fingerprints (biometrics officer told me brother his last fingerprints were fine)and he would need to submit a medical report explaining the condition and if it is permanent or not. The exact words of the letter are:

The visa application centre indicates you have a skin condition that prevents you from giving good quality fingerprints. Please provide evidence of it such as medical reports or diagnoses. The information should indicate whether the condition, if any, is permanent and, if not, when it should be resolved. If you do not have a medical condition or it is not permanent, you may be asked to provide biometrics again.

I am just wondering if anyone had the same issue before and if you did, how did you fix it ?
