Hi everyone,
I applied for Shengen visa in 2019 to visit Greece to volunteer at a humanitarian organization in Greece to help refugees on my summer break (I was an international masters student in the US at the time). After my appointment, the embassy called me back to collect my application fee and told me on phone that they won't be able to process this application because of my reason to go being 'going to volunteer to help refugees'. They told me on call that this is not a visa refusal, and it won't be on the system, but they can't move forward with this application. At the time, I just said yes and did so, without asking for any documentation, etc.
Now I am thinking, should I disclose in my PR application? Is there any chance if this is on record? Is there a way for me to confirm that it's not? I don't have any proof of the conclusion of this process.
Any advice would be helpful! My eAPR deadline is in two weeks.
