I have received the intimation for submission of Passports today i.e. 13.5.15. The deadline to do is stated as 13/06/15.
I am the primary applicant. My dependents are my spouse and 5 year old child. We completed our medicals on 9.4.15. We already have one baby aged 5 year and over and above my wife is pregnant, she is having 5th month pregnancy. Medical of my wife (X-ray in particular) was done using double shield. We expect the birth of new born baby in October 2015.
We wish to deliver the baby in India.
My questions are
1) We request you to hold/delay our file till delivery of newborn baby so that we can add the newborn later.
2) In case if our file can’t be on hold/delayed and if we submit passports, and we receive Permanent Resident Visa before the birth of newborn baby. For example- If I receive Permanent Resident Visa in June 2015, and I leave for Canada alone in August 2015 and my wife delivers a new born baby in October 2015, my wife completes all the procedures of new born baby visa as per your guidelines, can my wife along with my 5 year old child and new born baby arrive in Canada in March 2016? (Before expiry of Permanent Resident Visa validity). In this case, will I have to sponsor my wife, my 5 year old child and new born child later?
3) How can we add the new born baby in Permanent Resident Visa later?
4) What is the processing time for adding a new born baby in Permanent Resident Visa?
5) Will medical be done again for all members after birth of new born baby?
6) Should we submit passports now or later after birth of newborn baby? Last date of submission of passports is 13.6.15.

Submit your passports for PR stamping and inform about the new baby to your visa office. You can apply for PR for the new child anytime after the delivery. If the child is born in Canada then your child will get canada citizenship by birth.
