Today i got a mail from LA visa office and iam really confused because the visa officer didn't mention what kind of document he is looking for to the medical extension.and he gave me 10days time only. i have been residing past 2years on the same address.and ther is no changes in family composition so please help me.

· We require to know where have the principal applicant, Rajeswari and Mukil been for the last six months. Their medical exams are about to expire on 30 April 2013 and we will request an extension.
*Documents in languages other than English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation that is a translation prepared by an accredited translator.
*Unless original documents are specifically requested, please submit certified true copies of supporting documents. All Police Certificates must be original. They will not be returned to you.
Ø IN THE EVENT OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS: It is essential that we be able to communicate with you in order to process your application. You must report any change of mailing address as soon as possible by mail, fax to (213) 625 7154 , or email. *We accept NO responsibility for misdirected mail if you fail to advise us of a change of address. Failure to keep us informed of a change in address, could lead to delays, and possible refusal of your application.
Ø IN THE EVENT OF CHANGE OF FAMILY COMPOSITION: You must notify us of any change in your marital status or family composition: birth, marriage, engagement, divorce, death, or any other significant change. You can do so by mail, fax to (213) 625 7154 , or email. Failure to advise us of these changes could result in delays in processing and possible refusal of your application.
Please submit the documentation requested above as soon as possible. If we do not receive all the documents requested or the explanation within 10 DAYS from the date of this letter, we shall assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application and your application will be refused and your file closed.
If your application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act in force at the time that the new application was filed.
