Hi,
I am 17, finished IGCSE O levels in Myanmar and have also taken IELTS (7.5) for English Proficiency test so that I wouldn’t have to attend ELI program in college.

I have also been accepted to college (Seneca College) however, along with the acceptence letter, I have receieved the conditional letter stating that I may have to submit the list of “proof of completion” to the admission office before I attend classes in fall quarter.

In the first place, I asked them if I am eligible for the program and they replied yes. However, when I see the conditional letter, I am confused. I have to show the completion of OSSD, ELI program, the program that I am currently enrolled in (?) and postsecondary education equivalent to canadian credential.

I have emailed the school back to reply me back with the explanations but so far, none recieved. My payment due date is this May 3rd. I am really scared and confused. Please help. What should I do next?

you have to complete all the programs they listed
OR
provide some *official* documentation that you're exempt

I can understand the programs they listed so far but what’s with the “completion of a seneca college program that you are currently enrolled in”.? I am going to be a newbie with all these programs when I get there. I have also stated it in the first place in email before I apply and they accept to the conditions that I have.

"completion of a seneca college program that you are currently enrolled in"

does it require something like a short language course?

To be honest, I do not know. All I know is that they told me O level is eligible for diploma programs (okay, checklist 1, done) and in order to apply as an international student, I need IELTS scores (no lesser than 6.5) (okay, checklist 2, done) and other profile assessments like passport copies, etc. (checklist 3, done) I have given them all the requirements that they need for me to enroll and I got accepted but I am confused with their conditional letter. Does this mean I am not sincerely eligible for the program if I do not meet with the conditions they requested?

Yes, Conditional means you *must* satisfy/complete the programs to be eligible. I would strongly advise to get to know the requirements.
