Urgent Schedule A query

All,,,this is urgent,,,I'm supposed to submit schedule A today and I can't seem to create an uneditable copy where space appears white and not blue. I'm able to update pdf and I don't want it. Only when it is uneditable, the space for fonts turns from blue to white and thats what I want.
