Hi All,
The payment receipt received in my CIC account post app submission after ITA says the below :
"Please print two copies of this receipt, send one to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and keep one
for your records. Please also note that the payer's name on this receipt does not have to be the same
as the one on the application form"
There is no mention of address where this needs to be sent or any online link for uploading of soft copy. Also, successful submission of application and payment confirmation in itself is a proof of the payment, hence, I am not sure why CIC is asking for the hard copy.
It would be great if members can share their experiences and probable next steps.
