About two months ago, our passport with the sticker of skill work visa was picked up from the Canadian Immigration in Turkey through our lawyer and sent to us. As we are almost ready to take our flight to Canada now, we noted there must be a paper called confirmation of permanent residence available with our passport in order to do the departure which we have not yet received at all.
Currently, I am afraid this confirmation of permanent residence is missed, so how can I request for the replacement of it and how long is it going to take? or is there a possibility that I ask them to email me a copy of that at least! Because we unfortunately have less than a week to our immigration due date!

Thank you all in advance.

The COPR is given with the passport, so if your lawyer picked up the passports, they should have been given the COPRs as well. Your lawyer is pretty incompetent if they didn't realize this.

CIC cannot email COPRS. You can send an urgent CSE to your visa office but there is pretty much no chance that you will be able to get replacement COPRS in less than a week.
