urgent regarding reference letter

Hi,

i got ita second time I really dont know what to do.Though my pointa are 436 i have only experience letter with designation,full time mentioned also time period i worked as manager in PSU government bank .since it is probation 2 years (on job training) will it cause problem

my duty is 24 *7 (ie: shd be present anytime,this what HR gave me in paper when asked for duty time ) normally work time starts morning 9:30 Am and goes till 7:00pm all week days and saturday.
the HR wont issue any duty letters but has given me a mail from official mail id on my trainings also duties are mentioned in banks website for my designation.so will notarising the printoout from website and also mail plus work exp certificate and offer letter suffice.will I be rejected due to lack of reference letter.moreover i only have bank salary account statemnt to prove salary credited (no form 16 or salry slips)

considering all this should i decline my ITA and wait for draw to decrease becoz if draw reaches 411 then i dont need the above mentioned job for my score i have it otherwise.please give a suggestion

Given the current scenario and the uncertainty about the draws and scores, I feel it would be unwise to reject the ITA - since you are lucky to have got it 2 times. One option is to get all the information needed in a letter on plain paper and get it signed by an ex-colleague and notarize it. You can supplement that letter with another letter of explanation supported by a relieving letter showing your work dates plus your bank statements showing salary credits.

Whether to go for this ITA or decline in the hope of 411 is your call - at least this way you know you have a chance. Declining may mean a very long wait
